We also have a 2008 R2 admin jump-box that also has ADUC and the Dial-in tab is available there as well. The domain controller that we point ADUC to is 2012 R2, and when logged onto the dc and using ADUC the Dial-in tab A few of our admins and myself have moved to Windand have noticed that local installed ADUC no longer has the Dial-in tab.
